Human Inside — Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

At Human Inside, we want every customer to enjoy their purchase. Our apparel is produced on demand through our printing and fulfillment partners.

1. Returns and Exchanges

As our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size, colour, or design selected by the customer
Products damaged through use, washing, or improper care

Please review the product description, size chart, and order details carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact Human Inside within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has entered printing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and bank.

5. Return Shipping

Please contact our support team before sending any product back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Where a return is required because of a verified product defect or our error, we will provide appropriate return instructions without charging the customer for return shipping.
